Civic Franchising
The Social Solution Explosion
Like seeds in the greenhouse of civic solutions, CE projects are growing and flourishing. After nurturing their project in one location, civic entrepreneurs are "civic-franchising" their replicatable programs to hundreds of other communities. Some ideas are even expanding to other countries!
CE innovations are now producing an explosion of new successes. Franchised ideas are replicated in a number of ways. Some CE's provide formal guidelines and hands-on assistance. Others provide documented information and an invitation to learn about their project on-site. Learn more of their strategies in: The Power of One: Heroes Forging America's Civic Reawakening from Sea to Shining Sea.
If you're interested in learning how to civic-franchise a successful project, the following individuals and organizations may be able to offer assistance ranging from advice to hands-on help. The Power of One does not endorse any particular organization or individual for civic-franchising assistance.
